Terms & Condition

  • Booking & Payment: Minimum 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance amount to be paid 15 days before departure. Full passport details of all travelers must be shared at the time of booking. The package cost is based on current airfare, visa fee, and exchange rates. Any change may result in a price revision. Visa Requirements: Scanned color copy of passport (valid for minimum 6 months from travel date) Passport-size photo with white background Pan card copy Last 3 months bank statement (mandatory for visa processing) Visa approval is at the sole discretion of UAE immigration. Any rejection is beyond our control and cancellation policy applies. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is included with basic medical coverage. Upgrade to higher coverage available on request. Hotels & Flights: Hotel confirmation will be shared 3–7 days prior to departure. Similar category hotel will be provided in case of unavailability. Flight timings may vary; final ticket and details will be shared 3–5 days before departure. Child / Infant Policy: Infant (below 2 years): only flight and visa charges applicable Child (2–10 years): cost depends on hotel sharing and flight pricing Cancellation Policy: 30+ days before travel: 10% of package cost 15–29 days before travel: 25% of package cost 7–14 days before travel: 50% of package cost Less than 7 days: 100% of package cost (non-refundable) Visa fee is non-refundable once applied. Important Notes: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit and eligible to travel. No refund will be provided for unused services.
