Terms & Condition

  • Booking & Payment: Minimum 25% advance payment required to confirm the booking. Balance payment must be completed at least 10 days prior to departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit card. Cancellation Policy: 30 days or more before travel: 10% cancellation fee 15–29 days before travel: 25% cancellation fee 7–14 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee Less than 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee Flight ticket cancellation will follow airline policy (non-refundable in most cases) Visa Policy: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date. UAE tourist visa (14-day) will be processed after receiving passport copy, flight tickets, and required documents. Visa approval is at the discretion of the UAE Embassy. Visa fees are non-refundable even if the application is rejected. Travel Insurance: Basic travel insurance is included in the package. Covers medical emergencies and trip interruptions, subject to policy terms. Upgrade to comprehensive coverage is available on request. Documentation Required: Scanned copy of valid passport (first and last page) Passport-size photo with white background PAN card copy Last 3 months' bank statement may be required if requested by immigration Important Notes: Hotel check-in is usually 2:00 PM; early check-in is subject to availability and may be chargeable. Tourism Dirham (AED 10–15 per night) to be paid by guest directly at the hotel.
