  • Booking Amount: 40% of package cost at the time of confirmation.
  • Balance Payment: To be made 15 days prior to travel date.
  • Cancellation Policy: 30+ days before travel ? 10% cancellation charges. 15–30 days before travel ? 30% cancellation charges. 7–14 days before travel ? 50% cancellation charges. Less than 7 days ? No refund.
  • Child Policy: Children below 5 years ? Complimentary (without extra bed). Children 6–12 years ? 50% of adult cost (with bed). 12 years & above ? Considered as adults.
  • ID Requirement: Guests must carry valid government ID (Passport, Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving License).
  • Unutilized Services: No refund will be made for unused services once the tour begins.
