  • A valid government ID (PAN not accepted) is mandatory during check-in and for ferry boarding
  • Payment Policy: 50% advance at booking, balance 50% before travel date
  • Cancellation Policy: 30+ days before travel – 10% charge 15–30 days – 50% charge Less than 15 days – 100% charge (no refund)
